A fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef to join a small kitchen team, preparing a menu of classic Scottish dishes in one of Edinburgh's oldest and most iconic pubs- The Tolbooth Tavern.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of the following duties and responsibilities
-preparation of a variety of dishes to an agreed specification
-high degree of attention to detail
-able to work under pressure in a busy environment
-level 2/3 food hygiene qualification preferred
-placing orders
-accepting deliveries
-maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen
-occasional solo working
Other responsibilities will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate
Salary: £12.00-£13.00
