MAINTENANCE OFFICER – JOB SHARE
Salary: £27,190 to £29,911 [pro rata] - EVH Grade 7
Based in Greenock

You will work 17.5 hours per week on average (Mon-Fri) the hours may be a set pattern of 2.5 days per week or a rolling pattern of 2 / 3 working days per week. Working pattern will be negotiated with successful candidate.

Larkfield Housing Association, a subsidiary of the Link Group, is seeking a highly motivated and committed individual to join its dynamic team. Reporting to the Technical Officer you will play a key part in the delivery of the Association’s expanding Repairs and Maintenance service.

You will have demonstrable technical expertise, knowledge of best practice in construction and procurement and you will be qualified to a minimum of HNC level/or equivalent, in a technical related discipline.
