"Soundscapism" is a new series of audiovisual concerts taking place in
Edinburgh, focusing on space/drone/electroacoustik ambient electronic
music in order to bring the audience extraordinary experiance with sound
and vision.
Rafal Iwanski a.k.a. X-NAVI:ET is a percussionist and electronic sound
artist. His electro-acoustic music is a unique combination of analog
electronic sound generators and filter machines with acoustic instruments,
objects and field/found recordings. R. Iwanski is also enduring member of
the group HATI, whose improvised music employs the sounds of traditional
ethnic instruments and re-cycled objects. He has performed with HATI and
as soloist many concerts throughout Europe and USA, and has collaborated
with Z'EV, John Zorn, Joke Lanz/Sudden Infant, Jeff Gburek and others. He
also works in artistic-astronomical project 'VOICES OF THE COSMOS'. In
recordings of this album original extra-terrestrial sounds were captured
from space by radio telescopes (pulsars), sounds from space missions and
the space itself. The project had gain reputation in science circles
(Polish Astronomical Society, Torun Center for Astronomy of the Nicolaus

Kamil Kowalczyk is a composer/sound artist, promoter and label owner. He
has been working with electronic music since about 2002. Originally he
comes from Poland, but currently he lives in Edinburgh, Scotland. Around
2002 he has started using computer with software to compose his music and
just experiment with sounds. Since 2006 he has released six albums in mp3
format on US Zenapolae net label and one CD "Aurora"on his own Prototyp
Produktions Ltd, which gained good reviews in such magazines like The
Sound Projector, and Vital Weekly. He has played gigs in Ireland,
