The Government has recently announced that it plans to reduce, and then stop its contributions to Child Trust Funds (CTF).
You may be a bit confused as to where this leaves ........... CTF
What’s changing is the Government’s contribution to Child Trust Funds.
From August 2010, children will no longer receive an additional payment when they are seven, and newborns will receive a reduced voucher contribution from the Government.
Children born after 31st December 2010 will no longer be eligible for a CTF so will not receive a Government voucher at all.
You can find out more about the changes on our website, but in the meantime we hope that everything’s a little clearer.
Well, for starters, the fact is that ...........t is one of the lucky ones!
Child Trust Funds still exist. .......... CTF will continue to run until he's 18 years old.
You (and your friends and family) can continue to contribute to ........... future in exactly the same way as before.
