"Dear ASLDJK,
Thanks very much for your prompt and positive response. Sorry for any delay in getting back to me.
Sounds perfect for me. Just to let you know-as I have told you- the guy whom you are replacing is awaiting hhis extended VISA to come to him from the UKBA. He is expecting that to come to him by 15th, as soon as it will arrive, he will be off in two days. But, as you can get it, it's not sure. So, let me tell you frankly that it may be well before 20 or may be 22 ish. Trust you will understand.
Another point I want to ask you is that how do you propose to confirm your room? I want it by you paying deposit of one month's refundable/adjustable rent of £300. Then you need to pay the first month's rent after you move in.
Looking forward to hear from you.
Thanks,
Santanu."
I zeby zarezerowowac pokoj chca abym wplacil depozyt i bede mogl sie wprowadzac zaraz jak on wyjedzie.
Czy powinnienem sie czegos obawiac ?
