Nie umiesz czytać solilokwia. Możesz mieć punkty i nie wysyłać, patrz #663 i #664. Wszystko jest wyjaśnione DOKŁADNIE. Nie rozbijaj główna na atomy i nie szukaj dziury w całym bo nic ci to nie da.
Ja tez uważam ze są osoby które miały punkty a nie wysłały papierka, a wszystko zgodnie z prawem, patrz powyższe punkty.
otrzymanie punktow karnych za szybka jazde jest fixed penalty i jesli ktos grzecznie zaplacil mandat i nie mial sprawy w sadzie, to ta kara nie jest uznawana jako criminal record,poniewaz nie wywoluje skutku przyznania sie do winy, czyli nie uwzgledniamy tego ani w aplikacji, ani nie wysylamy counterpart .

(PND) are a way of the criminal justice system disposing of fairly minor offences without

If you have submitted your passport in support of your application for British Citizenship, we generally advise that you should not make any travel plans within 12 weeks of submitting your application.

Z tego co pisze w opisie do aplikacji punkty (endorsements) nie sa powaznym wykroczeniem a tym bardziej sprawa kryminalna,jednak trzeba sie do nich przyznac i wyslac obie czesi prawka. Tak przynajmniej kaza zrobic w instrukcji. Realia moga byc inne i moze wiekszosc ludzi nawet majac punkty nie wysyla.

WRS mam tez od 6 lat
zdałam ostatnio egzamin z "Life in the UK"
mam pytanie o dwie sprawy:
1. leave to remain- jeśli dobrze przeczytałam Polacy obecnie mają już automatycznie po 5 latach
2. permanent resident- czy potrzebuje jakiś dokument na to? czy to jest jakoś automatycznie?
Jeśli wiecie co nieco odnośnie w/w tematu będę wdzięczna, pozdrawiam.
