Council Tax? Dla przykladu , czy zwolniony jestem gdy zapisalem sie na
kurs wieczorowy angielskiego (part time) w jakims college?

As a ‘student’ (generally a full-time student and including those suspending study or repeating a year) you may not be liable for Council Tax. However, this is not because students are automatically exempted. Generally, you may be exempt, if you live in a property:

• which is exempt (e.g. Hall of Residence)
  
• here all the residents are full-time students
  
• where some other person (e.g. a parent, as owner occupier) is liable for the bill.

From June 2001 you will no longer be jointly liable for Council Tax, if you share residential accommodation with non-students. The non-student(s) are solely liable for the Council Tax.  If in doubt, seek advice...

Musisz byc studentem full-time, czyli zadne studia part-time, kursy wieczorowe czy distance-learning sie nie licza.
'a person, aged either under or over 20, who is enrolled at a prescribed educational establishment for the purpose of undertaking a specified course of education which they are normally required to attend for at least 24 weeks in each academic year and which requires on average at least 21 hours of study, tuition or work experience in each of those weeks.'

Btw. to dziala tak ze 100% zwolnienia posesji z CT jest tylko w przypadku kiedy lokatorami sa sami studenci. Jesli mieszka tam chociaz jeden nie-student - posesja zwolniona jest tylko z 25% CT. Wiecej niz jeden nie-student placisz calosc.
