ale co ci moze zrobic oprocz tego ze nie odda kaucji? no pomysl logicznie ;)))) przeciez cie nie posle do sadu... no chyba ze to bedzie w umowie a ty sie na to zgodzisz... ;)

1. Tracisz kaucję - to znaczy nie będzie ju stanowiła opłaty za ostatni miesiąc mieszkania, a odszkodowanie za aerwanie umowy.
2. Jeśli wystapi jakaś niedopłata za mieszkanie, trafiasz do rejestru niesolidnych tenant - ów i moesz mieć problemy z wynajęciem chaty w przyszłości.

Nie daj sie nabrac na ew. proby wylodzenia kaucji lub dalszych oplat za najem w przypadku rezygnacji - takie przypadki sie zdarzaja - wynajmujacy licza na niewiedze najemcow.

My mielismy umowe podpisana na rok, tydzien temu zlozylismy rezygnacje i landlord probowal wmowic nam ze depozytu w takim przypadku nie zwraca, po przedstwieniu mu przepisow jeszcze nas za to przeprosil ;)

Ide wygrzebać swoją umowę, bo jej dokładnie nie czytałem :]
