Jezeli nie jest na twoje nazwisko i ktos go juz wczesniej wypelnij dlugopisem tzn, ze pojazd zostal sprzedany juz raz innej osobie . Tylko osobista wizyta w DVLA moze cos pomoc. Sytuacja mogla wygladac w ten sposob, ze ktos chcial kupic ten pojazd, ale po wypelnieniu wniosku nie zaplacil (rozmyslil sie, etc ) i nie dostal wycinka. W takim wypadku poprzedni wlasciciel powinien wystapic z wnioskiem o wymiane V5C.

Kupilem niedawno motor tzn jakies 4tygodnie temu i nie otrzymalem jeszcze zadnych domumetow z DVLAu.
Probowalem sie skontaktowac z osoba od ktorej go kupilem, lecz ten nr juz nie istnieje, na maila tez mi nie odpowiada.
Tak wiec prosze o pomoc co moge w tej sytuacji zrobic. Obawiam sie ze poprostu zostalem oszukany...
