What is a Student? There are 3 definitions of full-time students used for Council Tax purposes:

This requires the assistant to be registered with the Central Bureau for Educational Visits and Exchanges. If you fall into one of these categories you should apply to have your Council Tax bill reduced. Ifyou are a part-time student, you can claim Council Tax Benefit based onyour income. Certainadults such as students, student nurses, apprentices, mentally impairedpersons and certain care workers are not counted in the number ofadults in the household for discount purposes. If, after disregarding these people, one adult remains for Council Tax purposes, a 25% Status Discount may be due. mam pytanie związane z wynajmowaniem mieszkania przez studenta.
Wynająłem w zeszłym roku na jesieni mieszkanie jako student i nie płacę Coucil Tax.
W najbliższym czasie zamierzam się przeprowadzić. Czy w związku z tym to nastepne mieszkanie mogę wynająć na tej samej zasadzie (jako student) i nie będę musiał płacic Council Tax? Czy można tak robić kilka razy w roku?
Pytam bo słyszałem, że można tak zrobić tylko z jednym mieszkaniem w ciągu roku.
