Connect Appointments has a new opportunity with a well-known production business in Fife.
We’re looking for a Team Leader to get started on their site in Cupar.
What’s on offer?
A full-time permanent position, working 40 hours per week
Working hours are based on a rota of day and back shift, with every second weekend off
Hours vary across 6:45 am to 2 pm; and 2:15 pm to 10 pm; and 06:45 am 17:30 pm
A salary of £32,000 to £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Working as a Team Leader within the production team, your duties will include, but not limited to:
Leading, motivating and engaging your team – always building a positive working environment
Managing your team’s performance, ensuring they’re meeting their targets
Encouraging and highlighting progression and training opportunities
Staff development, appraisals, and other HR functions
Maintain effective relationships with other teams across the business
Ensure effective cost management
Conduct risk assessments and ensure Food Health and Safety at all times
To be successful in this Team Leader role, you will have the following skills, traits and experience:
Previous experience managing a team
Previous experience in a production/manufacturing, warehouse or related background
Have solid people skills and great communication
A basic level of computer literacy
